Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Strike6 affiliate programme (the “Programme”). By registering you agree to them. “Strike6”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the Strike6 platform; “you” means the affiliate.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 and, if a company, properly incorporated and able to enter into this agreement.
  • We may accept or decline any application, and may suspend or end any account, at our discretion and in line with these terms.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Two-step verification is required.

2. Commission

  • Commission is a percentage of net revenue generated by players you refer. Net revenue means the cash stake of a referred player’s entry multiplied by the margin applied to that game, less Pool Betting Duty on that margin. Stakes paid from bonus balance earn no commission.
  • Your percentage is agreed with you individually and shown in your dashboard. We may change it for future games by giving notice; changes do not affect games that have already finished.
  • A player is credited to you only if they register after following your tracking link or entering your promo code, claim it within the claim window, and are not excluded under these terms. Earnings continue for as long as the player remains eligible, unless your agreement states a limited period.
  • Commission is held until the game concerned has finished. Where a game is cancelled, an entry is refunded or voided, a player is found to be ineligible, or a payment is later reversed, the related commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid, we may deduct it from future payments.

3. Payment

  • We issue a statement each calendar month for commission on games that finished in the previous month. Payment is made by bank transfer to the UK account you provide. Balances below any minimum payout, or that are negative, carry forward.
  • You are responsible for your own tax and for providing accurate payee details (including VAT and UTR where relevant). We may withhold payment until details are complete and verified.

4. How you may promote Strike6

  • Promote only to adults. Never direct marketing at under-18s or at people who have self-excluded, and do not use channels, imagery or themes likely to appeal particularly to under-18s.
  • Comply with the UK Gambling Commission’s licence conditions and codes of practice, the CAP and BCAP advertising codes, and consumer, privacy and electronic-marketing law. Include responsible-gambling messaging and, where required, the 18+ symbol and BeGambleAware.org reference.
  • Do not make misleading claims: no “risk-free”, “guaranteed”, or “free money” claims, and do not suggest that gambling is a way to solve financial problems.
  • Do not offer incentives for registering or playing without our written approval, send unsolicited messages, use spyware or adware, stuff cookies, or bid on our brand names in paid search.
  • We may ask you to remove or amend any material, and you must do so promptly.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not refer yourself, your family, your employees or anyone you control; create or encourage multiple accounts; or manipulate tracking, stakes or results. If we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms we may withhold or cancel commission, suspend your account and recover amounts already paid.

6. Data protection

We are the controller of player data. You will not receive players’ names, contact details or other personal information; reports show pseudonymous references and totals only. You are the controller of your own audience’s data and must handle it lawfully. You must not attempt to identify any player.

7. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end this agreement at any time by notice. On ending, earned commission that is validly payable under these terms will be paid in the normal cycle, and you must remove our links and materials.

8. General

  • We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified and you may be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
  • Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or agency. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to commission payable to you.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
